Chef Rishi Kapoor the Executive Chef of Radisson Noida, with an experience of 25 magnificent years in the hospitality industry, promises an extensive experience to all who crave for some comforting Chinese food.
Their menu is comprehensive, like a splendid feast. Extensive range of scrumptious delicacies brought from across the South Asian region includes Marinated Squid with Burnt Garlic, Oriental Greens with Burnt Chilli and C.N.Q. Pepper, Assorted Dim Sum Basket, Stir Fried Lobster with Honey Chilli and Cilantro, Steamed Tofu with Rice Wine and Fresh Chilli Garlic among others. All such delicacies are presented by the chefs using authentic spices and ingredients which are specially brought in from countries like China and Thailand, and various sauces that are handpicked by the trained chefs personally.
For all desserts lovers, there is an array of some toothsome treat which includes Warm Melting Chocolate Cake and Honey Tossed Noodle with Almond Flakes, in addition to Assorted Fried Ice cream, Fruit Toffee with Ice Cream and Chocolate and Nut Roll with Vanilla Ice Cream.
