A Grill Company: Now Enjoy Live Grill & Molecular Street Food

This newly opened barbecue restaurant in Noida is an absolute delight for all the buffet lovers with a molecular twist. With bright & colorful interiors, this restaurant has a live grill concept along with the molecular food.
The ambiance here gives you a feeling of a casual cafe and a fine dinning at the same time.

For starters, we ordered some amazing molecular chaat which is the USP of this place. I had Nachos Chaat, Nitro Palak Patta Chaat & Deconstructed Dahi Vada.

It was really fun watching how the server was making Nachos Chaat using frozen curd. You must try the nitro chaat as I am sure you are going to have a great experience. The Chaat was delicious but you can avoid too much of frozen curd.
The Dahi Bhalla was served with two flavored curds in the form of sundae. It looked beautiful & was tasteful. This was a different thing I tried here.

Then grilled fish, chicken & prawns were served with 3 different sauces. The best part is that you can grill your starters yourself as they have a live grill on the tables. I liked Mirchi Amawat Chicken wings & Neelgiri Karma Chicken. The chicken was really tender and grilled to perfection.
Do try the BBQ Prawns, if you are a prawn lover.

The buffet spread was huge. Their main course section had delicious dishes from different states. The items included Banjara Ghosht, Jungli Murg, Saag Mangodi, Maa ki Dal, Aloo Methi, Gutta Curry, Dal Baati, Chicken Biryani & Veg Biryani. The dessert section looked beautiful, which included Mini Gulab Jamun, two different kinds of Pastries, Sugar free Phirni, Custard, Chocolate Coffee Mousse. But I still feel dessert section could have been better with more innovative dishes.

The food in the buffet was light, not so oily & spicy; it was balanced in taste & flavors. Banjara Ghosht was one of the dishes I liked the most here. I am even planning to share its recipe soon on my blog with you all. Chicken Biryani was also delicious, perfectly cooked with a lovely aroma.

At the end, I tried few mocktails, they have many bantas & juices in their Drink section. Well, this place offers a mocktail – Iced Sphere, a cranberry juice, it’s a must try.

Even if you don’t like cranberry, try & take the risk you will love it. It tasted more amazing than it looked!
