1) What to WEAR?

Dark colours absorb more heat, and tight clothes are a big no due to their high level of uncomfortability.  Sunglasses are chic and functional! Put up a beautiful summer cap to avoid UV rays. Sunscreens are meant for those nasty sunburn. If you get dressed this way, you can go a long way in keeping yourself comfortable during that excessive heat exposure.
