So it is good to consume wine sooner and not slowly as all the nutrients vanish away soon.

5) FLAXSEEDS

Flaxseeds are said to be rich in omega 3 fiber and are also popularly known to help in weight loss but only if it is consumed right. Eating a whole flaxseed will not provide much benefits as it gets difficult for the body to digest them, it is better to grind them before consuming as it gets easier to digest and take up maximum benefits out of it.
